I’ve worked with Natural Floors on and off since January 2023, supporting paid media activity as the business continues to grow its presence across South Australia.

Founded in 1980, Natural Floors is a multi-generational, family-run business specialising in premium natural floorcoverings.

My work with Natural Floors has focused on developing a considered paid media approach across Google and Meta Ads, supporting key conversion actions including flooring sample requests and custom flooring enquiries.

Given the consultative nature of the purchase journey, paid media strategies are designed to balance brand-led storytelling with high-intent search and social activity, supporting customers as they move from inspiration through to enquiry and specification.
